THE ROYAL MAIL APARTMENTS
Oklahoma City's first housing development above a grocery store, the Nova project will feature 20 urban-industrial, high-end loft apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. A non-historic warehouse structure will be converted to covered, secured parking to serve the residential units.

ROOT 66 URBAN FARMS
First sustainable urban farming concept in OKC. This concept on the north end of the project will have a 12,000 square foot rooftop greenhouse operated by an urban farming company where they will grow leafy greens, vegetables, and herbs, some of which will be sold via the Urban Agrarian grocery concept on the 1st floor of the Chevy building, while the rest will be utilized by the food vendors within the integrated market hall and distributed through other channels.
